Search enables fast, intuitive, discovery across News, Sports, Entertainment, and more—powered by Perplexity Sonar and hybrid search. It empowers user curiosity through a best-in-class experience that elegantly responds to both keywords and commands.
Enhanced Customer Care
Partnering with Sierra AI, customer care manages user support across setup, billing, content, and troubleshooting deflecting 80%+ of volume with 4.5+ CSAT. Integrated with Stripe, Salesforce, and Snowflake, it enables fast, compliant, in-context care with seamless live escalation.
Catch Up With Highlights
During select games and events, viewers can catch up on key plays directly within the FOX One app by tapping the Highlights button while watching a live game to view real-time clips without leaving the stream.
